Paddy O’Leary
Director
Paddy is a finance professional with 18 years’ experience in financial analysis, planning and reporting with a background in business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and property investing.
Paddy has advised investors in Ireland, UK and mainland Europe on investment opportunities, portfolio management and international tax structures, having sourced and executed deals in excess of €260m in retail, healthcare, logistics, renewables, technology and residential and commercial property sectors over the last four years.
Paddy is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics) from University College Dublin.
Val O’Brien
Director
Val has over 17 years’ experience in financial consulting, management and advisory roles within a wide range of sectors and has advised on a number of valuations, due diligence, restructuring and strategic growth projects.
Recently Val has played key consulting roles for transactions that include the sale of a Central Bank regulated company for a sales price in excess of €50 million and the listing of an Irish based exploration company on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Val is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Economics & Finance) from University College Dublin.
Stephen O’Connor
Financial Controller
Stephen is an accountant with 12 years’ experience working in practice and 8 years’ experience in industry with US multinationals and Semi-State Agencies.
Stephen has a keen interest in technology, which has aided the many projects he has carried out in implementing operating systems, controls and procedures, CRM/Salesforce administration, Oracle migration and integration projects.
